Danielle oversees Customer Experience, Marketing and Sales related activities throughout the business; ensuring systems and processes are aligned between these departments.
Lightning Broadband has benefited from Danielle’s previous 10 years plus experience in customer service roles in the Israeli startup industry. While in Israel, Danielle earned a BA in Psychology and Management from Tel Aviv University; qualifications that have served her and Lightning Broadband very well.

WHY DID YOU JOIN LIGHTNING BROADBAND?
I came to Australia looking for an adventure and to expand my international experience. I met Jeremy through mutual friends and was invited to join what was then Lightning Broadband’s call center. That is now known as the customer experience team, who were, are and will continue to be awesome.
At Lightning Broadband I found exactly what I was looking for - a challenging, dynamic and fun environment to grow within.

The fact it's always exciting – there’s never a dull moment! I learn something new every single day - either from the job itself or from the amazing and diverse group of people I’m surrounded by.
WHERE’S YOUR FAVOURITE PLACE IN MELBOURNE?
South Melbourne Market. I love markets - the variety, the freshness, the people and atmosphere. I get my groceries from South Melbourne Market every weekend, which in my opinion has the best finds in the city.
