We’ve been closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and wanted to bring you up to date as to where things stand with Lightning Broadband.
We’re pleased to report our network is fully prepared to support you during this time, and we are able to provide more bandwidth if needed.
Lightning Broadband will continue to operate 7 days a week, with our support hours being 9am – 5pm. However, we are monitoring support tickets 24/7; but please note non-urgent tickets will addressed during the 9am – 5pm timeframe.
