Find out how to log in to your Lightning Broadband account and change your details.

Where can I find my Customer Portal?

You can access your Customer Portal using the Customer Login tab found at the top of the Lightning Broadband website. There is also a link provided in your initial Welcome Email sent on creation of your customer account. 

I can’t log in to my Customer Portal

You can request your Customer Portal credentials or a password reset by emailing us at help@lightningbroadband.com.au or calling our Customer Support Team on 1800 477 333. 

Can I change my Customer Portal password?

Absolutely, we encourage you to change it! Once you are logged in, select Profile > Change Password.

How can I update my details?

In your Customer Portal select Profile > Primary contact, where you can add, edit or delete contacts on your account.

How do I add authorised contacts to my account?

In your Customer Portal first select Profile > Authorised Contacts, where you can add, edit or delete contacts on your account.
